11th Federal Algae Regular’s Table (Karlsruhe)

The Federal Algae Regular’s Table, with 150 -160 participants each year, is the German-speaking communications platform for everyone who is involved in algae biotechnology, be it in science or industry contexts.

The keynote speech from Prof. Kruse, University Bielefeld, about micro-algaes as sustainable and photosynthetic cell-factories will kick-off the event appropriately. Following this, participants can join activities at the KIT in the faculty Algae-biotechnology, where a separate lecture block will take place. The additional thematic focuses are:

• alternative cultivation processes
• modern methods of process development
• Algae and the environment
• Case examples

Der Bundesalgenstammtisch mit jährlich 150–160 Teilnehmern ist die deutschsprachige Kommunikations­plattform für alle, die mit der Algenbiotechnologie in Wissenschaft und Industrie befasst sind.

Die Keynote von Prof. Kruse, Universität Bielefeld, über Mikroalgen als nachhaltige, photosynthetische Zell-Fabriken wird die Veranstaltung angemessen einleiten. Anschließend ist den Aktivitäten am KIT im Bereich Algenbiotechnologie ein eigener Vortragsblock gewidmet. Die weiteren Themenschwerpunkte sind:
