Existing and emerging challenges of bioeconomy development are going to be discussed in different sections of the conference. The first section will be centred on agro-innovations and food technologies, the second section will focus on biosystems engineering and environment integrity, the third section will present multifunctional approaches for sustainable use of bioresources and the last section will concentrate on social research and innovation in bioeconomy for sustainable transformation and wellbeing in rural areas.
