Modern biotechnological studies have an increasing application to cancer diagnosis and therapy. This meeting is aimed to disseminate the most recent advances in the discovery of new tumour biomarkers, to present new biotechnological drugs for cancer treatment, such as tumour growth suppressors and immunological therapies, and to discuss new tools for cancer genetic screening.
