A cycle of seminars / webinars in presence and broadcast online that will illustrate and analyze the biotechnological applications related both to the sustainable production of materials and environmental bioremediation and to the development and use of biosensors for the identification of pollutants, contaminants (e.g. mycotoxins ) and other xenobiotics in both food and environmental matrices. The seminars, aimed primarily at upper secondary school students, will also be open to the non-academic public, as they will represent an opportunity to show the key role that industrial biotechnologies can play in achieving many of the sustainability goals included in the 2030 Agenda. .
