The associated event “Industrial Biotech by Expoquimia” offered a unique and singular exhibition space for companies and research entities in the sector of chemistry and biotechnology with the purpose of generating new business opportunities. A partnering system was available to get all the Industrial Biotech and Expoquimia exhibitors network together and arrange one-to-one meetings. A two-day international seminar was also organised to meet with experts and discuss scientific, technological, economic and political aspects of the industrial biotech developments and its impact on different sectors such as chemical, agro-food, pharmaceutical, energy, cosmetic or plastic production. ASEBIO participated actively during these sessions.
