Python is a high level object-oriented programming language, ideal for biotech data analysis.
This practical course will introduce to Python basic concepts, such as data organization, file reading and writing, scripting.
The classes will be organized with theoretic and practical lessons, aiming to solve common bioinformatics problems with an interactive approach.
