The activities that will be carried out are related to research topics addressed by the Institute, which concern:
- Molecular interactions: it will be shown how a molecule, for example an active principle, can interact in the presence of different suitable molecules. In the context of the industrial biotechnologies (white biotechnologies), experiments of enzymatic activity will take place.
- Natural substances: isolation procedures and characterization of valuable natural substances in pharmaceutical, biomedical, food fields will be shown.
The laboratory demonstrations will be preceded by short talks necessary for a better understanding.
