The BIA’s Women in Biotech event series was created to connect women in the sector and to help support and inspire them to go further, be that from listening to the experiences of inspiring speakers or building relationships which help their careers and aspirations. All the events have a strong networking element.
This September the BIA is taking its successful Women in Biotech series to Cambridge. For this edition of the series we are encouraging women in the sector to bring a male colleague with them to the event. The event will feature a panel discussion with some excellent speakers, which will focus on diversity challenges and how to address them in the working environment. There will be a networking drinks reception following the discussion.
